I have a set of macros stored in a template that will be distributed
to users. I'd like the template to contain a button tool bar so the
users don't have to dig through Tools > Macros to use the macros.

When I attach a toolbar to the macro template, it does appear in Excel
when a new workbook is created from it. However, the toolbar remains
after the document is closed, remaining linked to the macros in that
specific document instance.

Is there a way to have the toolbar appear when a new document is
created based on this template, and not appear when other, nonmacroed
documents are used?
