I am posting a file to the list. It is a request from Clarence which could
not be sent to the list because it contains pictures of files.

Clarence wants help with a complex process of extracting results for
individual drivers from a list with many rows for each driver. He then wants
to work out averages and, I think, score the results.

I include below my response to Clarence which may assist him to get started.
