all of a sudden my title bar just went off along with my desktop changing
applet.
Now to close a window I have to go thru file and exit. this is really
annoying and
has got me back on windows more often than i used to.

I have tried to creat a new user, but when I switch user it gives an error
message and refuses to log me in.
