Linux Network Card problem For help

i am using RedHat 9.0 , i have two network card install .

1) Compex RL100ATX-PCI eth0
2) Realtek RTL-8139 smc eth1

Redhat are able to detect both network card, but when i try to active the network card it show me the error

For netword card 1 :
"WINBOND DEVICE ETH0 DOES NOT SEEM TO BE PRESENT , DELAYING INITIZATION"

for netword card 2:
"8139too DEVICE ETH0 DOES NOT SEEM TO BE PRESENT , DELAYING INITIZATION"

/etc/sysconfig/networking/profiles/default

under this directly there might be two file ifcfg-eth0
and ifcfg-eth1 open ifcfg-eth1 and disable the option
onboot=No and the restart the machine then ifcfg-eth0
would be up and then manual start the ifcfg-eth1
