im really digging xubuntu! installation was SMOOTH as silk.
i just have a few questions:
1: is it pronounced SHUbuntu or ZOObuntu?
2: how do you create a link on the top taskbar that will bring you to a
webpage rather than just open the browser with xubuntu info? i tried to
change the default link they give you but i couldnt get it to connect to
the link i put in there.
3: how do you create a shortcut to the desktop screen for websites?
like in windoz you right click and then click SHORTCUT or whatever. you
cant do that in linux, can you?
anyway, THANKS for the tip about xubuntu. it definitely installed
easily and it runs awesomely.

Well as the name is still pronounced oo-boon-too then the X, Z or K or
whatever, is simple a designation and remains silent IMHO.

Most of us, you will find download Firefox and use its Bookmarks feature
to save web site page URL's.

You can add or delete icons from the bar so I put Thunderbird there for
mail and Firefox for the web.
