I could not figure out how to get Kpackage manager
setup
so I could load packages I wanted. I looked for Thunderbird and once saw
reference
to languages other than English. I did get Thunderbird loaded by
downloading from
the Thunderbird web site that did work somewhat. Then I had the problem
with
Trash being reported as full, I did a web search for the problem and saw
a possible
resolution, that worked, then saw a response here which suggested the
same thing.
In short, I have returned to Ubuntu 10.04 for now, maybe I am just to
used to it's setup
and will use it until the next LTS, or I get another wild hair and try a
different disto. Having
my /home as a seperate partition makes it real easy to try new or
different versions of Linux.
