As a casual user of Dapper, I have frequently updated when notified
and also added programs. Up till now the process has been done
without any glitches. But now I have a problem with the update
offered by Samba to go from 3.10.22 lubuntu 3.6 to 3.7. The error
message refers to a broken file. Using the Synaptic file mgr. and
apt-get install I can't get the problem resolved. The following is a
copy of the message generated by apt-get:
clarence@linux-desktop:~$ sudo apt-get install samba
