Problem Encountered During Update using Update Manager

  Date: Dec 12    Category: Unix / Linux / Ubuntu    Views: 446

I just had the Update Manager barf during an update session. It
reported that it had aborted the process. It said to run "dpkg
--configure -a" and to report the problem. I did so and got the following:

jim@jim-desktop:~$ sudo dpkg --configure -a
[sudo] password for jim:
dpkg: ../../src/packages.c:221: process_queue: Assertion `dependtry <=
4' failed.
Aborted
jim@jim-desktop:~$

My question is "to whom do I report this"?
