configure my samba server

i am trying tto configure my samba server...and i want my samba server to be part of two existing group....so is it possible...and if in my lab printer is attached to some other sys(winNT) other than on which my samba is running...so how can i make that printer sharable thru samba

cp smb.conf /etc/smb.conf

/etc/rc.d/init.d/smb restart

and after some time pico /etc/smb.conf and give information according to NT machine
