Yet another version i gather proposed for 12.10.One complaint i gather is that xubuntu is not pure xfce... slanted somehowtowards gnome. So what is the intention behind Gnobuntu... just a gnome 3version.Just wondering. I switched to xubuntu about 2 years a go and like it. Does seemthe 'buntu family is being extended and i wonder if that's a good thing longtermfor Canononical.
That is the intention. It is to be a pure GNOME 3 version because Unity andGNOME sHell do not always behave well together. I am not sure how muchdemand there is for GNOME Shell, but it has its fans as well as detractors.
