Form won't refresh

I am having a problem with a form I created not refreshing. I am using
a list box to select a name populate the fields with data associated
with that name. However, when I try to load the values only the first
few fields load and the rest of the fields hold the previous values.
Any suggestions or help would be great.

Your problem  statement is not clear to me. Do you have one list  box
that is initally populated with names, from which a name is selected
and the list box  re-populated? Or are there two list boxes, and
selecting a name from one populates the second?

I would think that help  may be faster with your code.
