USB drive Kdenlive portability

Date: Jan 11    Category: Unix / Linux / Ubuntu    Views: 577

I have found that I can not burn a CD or DVD from my Kdenlive USB because the
default tmp file takes up too much room, probably in RAM or Virtual Ram on the
USB itself.

Is there an easy way to fix this? I have an 80 Gig Ubuntu HD in the machine.

Also, I was wondering if I get a USB HD and install KDenlive to it will I be
able to roam machines with this USB HD and have it boot and run on another
machine or will it have to reset Screen and Audio drivers every time I change
machines? I suspect it would have to do that.
