The download size seems a bit high for a new new born project. Why?
What are the abilities of this framework? Why is it RAD?
Are you looking for volunteer developer?

This framework  is finished, just a release before it had been used in
Iran Foreign ministry and Sharif elearning either.
But i've a lot of issues to complete it, and why is RAD, is this:
developer in's not essential 2 write any waste code, just business.
