Date: Jan 04    Category: Unix / Linux / Ubuntu    Views: 439

I had a laptop Fujitsu siemmens amilo 1840, 512Mb ram and Ubuntu Feisty.
I pludged a new RAM module in my laptop and my fujitsu siemmens has 1Gb RAM
now.
When I switch on the PC, Feisty doesn't play any sound. I restart the PC in
Windows XP and I can play sound on XP.

I try to run the liveCD of feisty and the PC cans play sounds on liveCD.

I don't know how can I repair the problem

try this link and see if it works. It just may that you need to reset ALSA.
