Im trying to install rainlendar2. I received an error: Dependency is notsatisfiable: libatk1.0-0. I reinstalled libatk1.0-0 and then tried again withrainlendar2 but that didnt help.
I know what you are saying. I tried to install a game useing apt-get andaptitude and got a depends error too. Even in synaptic too. Even the lib ordepends was even installed. The game installed any ways. A other thing I noticethat I used alien to convert a RPM to a deb package and nothing changed with theRPM. It said it was converting the RPM over to deb and no errors at all. Sothere is some strange bugs in this version.Eh it is free, but kinda scratching my head a bit.
Sometimes there is a script that must be included in the DEB when you convertfrom RPM. You need to add a parameter. I think it is --scripts or -c. I have runinto this problem when the DEB has failed from time to time.
I went to http://www.rainlendar.net/cms/index.php and there is a Deb package andwill be easy to install that way. See if you can DL the deb package and installwith out any depends issues.
That is what I used - direct from their site.
I had no issue of installing the pro version deb package and installed justfine. I wounder if you enable the restricted formates? It installed and can befound under office apps. You got me scratching my head on this one.
Restricted formats? Ok. Im lost. Are you saying I some how restricted files from running on my computer so nowthis app wont install?
no. I ment did you install restricted formate like you know, flash, dvd,mp3 and so on. It adds extra repositories to the apt/etc/list. I wounder if yougot those added. MMMM very instresting.
I used their package from their site. When I click on the installed it gets justa ways into it and then shows me the error.I dont know what DL is.
