I have an Acer C100 laptop that ran fine with WindowsXP and the wireless modem
worked great.

I installed Ubuntu 10.0 and the modem tried to connect but kept failing so I
figured it must be an upgrade issue so I upgraded to 11.04 and now I can't get
the wireless to even try and connect.

The connect symbol which looked like a triangle with a moving arrow in it while
it tried to connect in 10.0 now is just a blank triangle with 11.04 installed.
