ver 8.04 - screens and graphics?

I've just installed 8.04 on my newer machine and as it has an Nvidia
3D card i wanted to set it up to find that the 7.10
System~>administration~>Screens and Graphics appears not to be in
8.04. I've checked in Appearance and screen resolution to see if it
has been moved there and can't spot it.

Due to wanting to set up another screen... electronic whiteboard i was
a bit disappointed that it seems ubuntu have decided to leave this out
of 8.04.

I imagine i'll need to set to up from the command line somehow and
would be grateful for a pointer in the right direction!

Apart from this 8.04 seems to have a number of slight improvement but
i think it is slower to boot. The machine is an emachines 820; 2.6
Ghz, 512mb (i'll add another 256 which may help speed it up) - added
in a "lshw" just in case that helps regarding the video card.

i didn't think of looking there as i didn't expect it to
have been moved from System~>Administration [doesn't seem logical to
put it there]. For some reason on my machine the menu bar 'Other' had
to be added in.
