http://www.ubuntu.com/testing/intrepid/alpha4Its alpha 4. I have tired it and it works fairly well for me. The new kernel
wont boot so I have tio use next one down. This is the best alpha I have tried.
Have had no crashes yet. Still would not recomend useing it nless your are
prepared for breakag and many updates. I have more than one linux installed, so
its not a big dealfor e.

I had Ubuntu 8.04, I wiped it out, I installed Ubuntu Ultimate Edition (quite
impressively decorated), PC/OS Openworkstation (which did not recognize my photo
apparatus and some installed programs did not work on it but it is lightning
fast as compared to Ubuntu) and gOS (very interesting but only a toy or
something for somebody who does not use many programs, as I could not install
any programs on it with sudo aptitude install).
Now I have Hardy Heron, Ultimate Edition and Linux Mint. Maybe in a week or
two years I will again wipe my hard disk clean and install some of these and
others.
