After I upgraded from 8.10 > 9.04 I encountered the bug BusyBox v1.10.2 (Ubuntu
1:1.10.2-2ubuntu7), and the subsequent lines, built in shell(ash), (initramfs),
on my desktop. The possible fixes may be downloads at:
lists.ubuntu.com/archives/jaunty-changes/2009-March/008361.html-
Is it possible for me to put the desktop into recovery mode and via commandline
download these fixes directly into its HDD?
Or, would I have to download them on this IBM T40 laptop (running Debian 4.0)
and transfer them via CD/DVD or USB?
