Top Panel icons out of order after reboot

I ran the update this morning. There files were updated. I had to reboot
because none of my media players would work. Upon restart I noticed that
the top panel icons are all out of order. The red Log Off button is now
in the middle instead of the far right, the network icon is at the far
right instead of five from the right, the time is in the centre of the
screen. It really bothers me. The only thing that is moveable is the
Stickies. How can I rearrange these things? Is there a file which has
the order in them that I can directly access?

right click on item, then uncheck "lock To Panel".

Well, only a few things had that unlock option. And even then, I cant
get them back into their original position. I think Ill have to remove
everything from the panel and then readd it.
