Ok. First, WINE is only used for those programs that you cant get on ubuntu.
Apache, php, mysql are all on linux - and apache is installed by default. They
probably arent working well as that is like stringing a line next door to your
neighbors and hooking it into their phone jack and then walking with your
telephone extension cord back to your neighbors to make a call.
Uninstall WAMP and then we can go from there.
