How to enable cut & copy commands

I h've problem with my Excel (2000), each time when I use ctrl+c or ctrl+v
commands thru key board, this shows a message in the system "These commands
are disabled". Will appreceiate if someone can dig out me from this problem.

Try this...

Go to Help -> About Microsoft Excel -> Click Disabled Items button at the
bottom.
Check if Ctrl+c & Ctrl+v are listed in the disabled items menu, if they are then
enable them.

This is OK in XL2003 but I am using XL 2000 & this function is not available
in 2000.
