I want to make an application similar to Yahoo Mesenger Mobile
Connectivity Facility.

Basic Application::
First to make an interface where a user can enter his/her name and
phone number.Then whenever a sms has to be sent to that particular
user it can be send from the terminal itself because the cell of
that particular user is connected.

Do I need J2ME Toolkit for this or use WMA ??
