id in terminal

when i tipe "id" in the terminal i have this lines :

uid=1000(bt) gid=1000(bt)
groups=7(adm),18(dialout),23(cdrom),46(plugdev),165(lpadmin),109(admin),124(samb\
ashare),1000(t4r1k)

what are these numbers?what is the signification of each information
