Ubuntu server install

is there a way to do an automatic install of Ubuntu Server from a CD? I have
some experience with Ubuntu from my VPS for my websites, and now I want to
use it at home for a media server, and a file backup server for both Windows
and Mac machines, and maybe more.

The reason I want to have an automatic, or unattended install is because I
am blind, and this would be the simplest. I have thought of using Vinux,
which is designed for the blind, but it has much more than I need, and it
needs more system resources then my system currently has. I will be building
a custom machine for this alter, but I do not want to put out any cash until
I can get things working good.

I basically need to install Ubuntu server with openssh, then I can do the
rest through SSH.
