There is another solution just go in Windows.

Click on Start -> Run -> diskmgmt.msc
(i.e. disk management)
just right click on the drive in which ubuntu is
installed and select option "delete logical drive" and
for MBR (Master Boot Record) you can follow the
process given by Marcelino Luna.
