Flash isn't installed with Ubuntu and has to be added in afterwards
with the 'Restricted Extras' package that you'll find in the Ubuntu
Software Center. This adds in a whole load of extra that for licence
reasons cannot be included with Ubuntu itself. Usually that's all you
need to to get flash working correctly in Firefox or any other browser
for that matter
