Flash player for the second user ?

I set up a second user on my PC for my mother. I reconfigured Thunderbird and
[ut lots of panel and desktop icons for easily launching certain websites and
programs.
Please tell me how to enable Flash Player for the second user !

If you installed flash properly it works for all users of the system.
