Programmers assign passwords to ensure that only AUTHORIZED users
can view or modify the code.

What you're asking if this group knows of any simply way to get
past a security feature that WE all hope is not simple to get past!

Companies spend large sums of money designing ways to secure their code
from tampering. It would kind-of defeat the purpuse if we were to
say: "Just hit Ctrl-Alt-F4, then shift twice".

Myself, I've lost a few code changes because I didn't back up my code
before securing it, then lost the password. But I still don't want to
make it easy to bypass.

I know there's software that you can buy that can disable Excel
passwords. But I doubt there's anyone from this group that is
willing to give you the means of breaking into someone else's code.
