Well, there's not enough info here to give you much guidance, but there seems to be nothing you couldn't get coded automatically by using the Macro Recorder.
I would start with a workbook.add command to get the new workbook, then just use copy and paste commands to get the cells you want copied.As for the chart, I'm with Ray in that we'd need more information to help you on that one.
