Can JSP and Flash work together. Is it possible to make front end
in Flash and backend in JSP. If anyone know the then then please let
me know. And if anyone can point me to a example than that would be
very very helpful.

Sure they can. Except for certain rather proprietary technologies,
the client and server sides are pretty much independent. If Flash
requests server data, it only cares about the result, not how it is
generated. You can use JSP, PHP, Perl, even (gak!) ASP.
