Dell Poweredge 1300

Date: Dec 31    Category: Unix / Linux / Ubuntu    Views: 442

I have a Dell Poweredge 1300 with 2 harddrives. One is an IDE and one is a SCSI.
Where should I
install the OS? I'm thinking the IDE drive and not the SCSI.

If so, will the SCSI drive be recognized by Ubuntu FF?

I would put it on the IDE drive and keep the SCSI for back-up. Yes it
will see your drives and you can run a mount if it does not.
