I found the usage of the free java web server
www.mycgiserver.com

I compile the sample
Servlet(sohdowlt.HelloWorldServlet) (sohdowlt is my
account name)in my account
under the package name "sohdowlt"(my user name)
and then put it in my root account
by this ftp address
"ftp://sohdowlt@ftp.mycgiserver.com/" then I call it
by this address
"http://www.mycgiserver.com/servlet/sohdowlt.HelloWorldServlet"
to see my servlet response
and It worked and works!

for using the jsp sufficent to put your jsp file in
the your root account!
