I have been putting this off for a while now ,when it was first availablethere was a problem booting into windows ,is this problem still arising ,alsowhat would be the best way to do a back up as i have never backed up before .
Perhaps you could give us some details about what operating system you haveinstalled (other than Windows) and what you see happening when you try toboot into Windows. I assume that you have Ubuntu, but don't know for sureand what version. It would also be nice to know something about drives andpartitions or whether you used WUBI.
yes i have a wubi installwindows xp and ubuntu 9.10 on my laptopBoth operating system boot lovely ,i am very please with my ubuntu 9.10 and ifby doing an upgrade will mess up my ubuntu i would rather stay with 9.10 .
Since you are using Wubi then it is best to leave it as is. Since you cannotboot into Windows then it is likely a problem with the Windows bootloaderand not grub. This article may help you:www.howtogeek.com/.../
