Recently I posted problem about totem-exine. I now have solved my
problem. Unfortunatly had to reinstall 8.04. It appeares that ubufox
exstenion had a bug in it that when you install mozilla totem plugin.
ubufox somehow messes u repository so bad you cant update properly. In
my case it was wanting to uninstall other programs that it could not
fid through repositorys. They have made a patch to keep it from
happining from now on. But they cant patch it to fix existing
problems. Just thought I would pass this info on. See launchpad bug #
202170 if you are interested in this problem. There might be a way to
fix wyhout reinstalling but it was easier for me to reinstall.Hope no
one else runs into this, it was a mess. They said that it mostly
affected xubuntu, but I got it on ubuntu. Kubuntu does not use it ,so
sould not affect it.
