Thunderbird help

I know this is Ubuntu but since a lot of people use Thunderbird with Ubuntu
I thought I would ask here. I have been using TB for a long time on both
Linux and Windows, I have noticed a change in my TB layout and I didn't
do it on purpose, I think an update by TB made the changes in the top
toolbar
and wonder if anyone knows if I can change back. I used to have an
option called
Write, to compose a new email by just clicking a botton, it is gone. I
don't see any
setup options for toolbars either. I may have lost something else too,
it look kinda
bar up there.

I can save a new email in drafts, I think anytime while on
or offline,
for instance I have (1) showing beside the Drafts in bold right now,
until I send it
off, in the past I have gone to the file and click on save as and exit
the email and it
is still there until I bring it up again and then send it out.

Try going to View > Toolbars > Customize...

Go to "View" on the top bar. There should be an item "Toolbars" and then click
on "Mail toolbar". That should bring it back for you.

That was it, thanks. I missed that little "Toolbars" line.

Go to View, tool bars and check both items.
