Problems with Sound Juicer

I'm extracting WAV audio files from CDs. When there is only one CD in the album
all goes well. The album, artist and all the tracks are identified and copied
over to a hard drive as an MP3.

When there are two or more CDs in the album all the tracks seem to be copied as
expected. When played back all tracks are the first track on the second CD.
Nautilus confirms that they are the same size.

Is there a way to correct this? I have used this before, well extracting to OGG
files not MP3.

Just tried to do the extraction to OGG files, the same thing happens. Any ideas?
I have tried to use Audacity. Can't figure out how to do the extraction,
conversion and have the album, artist and track title included automatically.
Doing that manually, that is the computer's job not mine.

Try renaming the track number. I think what is happing is that CD one has tracks
1 through 10. CD two has tracks 1 through 10. The program may be thinking. Hey!
Same artist and same album.

Rip the second (etc) CD to a different location.
