Try recording a macro.
do a "quick print" of the sheet.
Stop recording.
Add the button  (using the control toolbox).
Assign the macro  to the button.
Is that what you're looking for? Do you need detailed instructions?

printing a hidden worksheet

I have a spreadsheet  with 4 worksheets, 3 of these are hidden. I wish to print
one of them out by having a print  button on the visible sheet. Is this possible?
The hidden sheet  I wish to print is called 'Action Plan'.
