A number of my clients are on exhcange 2003 and I would like to be able to setup
my Ubuntu server as a failover for their server in the event of an internet
outage.

Does anyone know where I can find a document on how to syncronize an exchange
server with a postfix server along with ldap sync so that their user id and
passwords are the same ?
