Playing 3gp files with MPlayer ?

i should not just reply without changing the subject at

disappearing on it's own?"

Here's what i ask before:
Does anyone can help me how to play 3gp files with MPlayer cause i can't
play it, what codec should i install ?
I'm using Ubuntu 9.04

Do not use Mplayer. VLC if the restricted codecs are install. It should go with
out a hitch. i have not use Mplayer for 2 years now. Wow.
