I have a Trust webcam and also a Trust headset (earphones and mic), both
work fine under windows.
In linux the webcam does not work, dmesg shows as below:

[ 11.717540] usb 1-7.3: Initialization succeeded
[ 11.717709] usb 1-7.3: V4L2 device registered as /dev/video0
[ 11.717713] usb 1-7.3: Optional device control through 'sysfs'
interface disabled
[ 11.717754] usbcore: registered new interface driver sn9c102
[ 11.719412] usbcore: registered new interface driver snd-usb-audio
[ 11.864011] intel8x0_measure_ac97_clock: measured 52220 usecs
[ 11.864015] intel8x0: clocking to 48000
[ 12.039346] lp0: using parport0 (interrupt-driven).

I am also at a loss as to recoding with the mic
