I see people with registered linux numbers. How do you get that?I'm new to linux only about 6 months. I'm using Mint and have Ubuntuon my smaller drive.

No you dont have to register as such.Its Pass it on cd to use but if you arerequesting itfrom the ubuntu.com then u first have to create a launchpad account and thenu can order it..
