Flash Update Issue

I noticed there have been a lot of updates recently with 10.10.
One must have been a flash update as yesterday my plugin started
crashing over and over and this morning - something Ive personally not
see - my videos are all black and white. I can restart the browser and
that fixes it for a while.

To be fair, Im only in Chrome so I need to check it on all three browsers.

Chrome uses its own flash player built in. So the problem and solution will
lie with Google.

Perversely enough, the latest kernel update to 10.04 has improved
flash no end in Opera - smoother running and less likely to freeze,
though 64 bit flash being as it is it can still do that at times !

I was just running Firefox and its having the same issue.
