Is there a way to open a password protected VBA module without the
password?

Do a Google or Yahoo search on allinternalpasswords.xls

This page has the file and the VBA code as well.

Unfortunately, it only works on excel  worksheets, and not VBA
modules.
The web page I mentioned points to a commercial product that will
unlock VBA modules.

You can also try to use Kernel VBA Password Recovery tool,this is a VBA project password recovery software designed to recover lost and forgotten passwords from password protected vba project files.
