EJB 3.0 is not become public yet, so you can view it's specification just if you be a member of JCP . its on work and private until completion and because of, there in no container available to support  this(so WebLogic 8.0 even 8.1 ASS can't support it!) . but if you are a member of JCP , you can view this JSR here
