I need these to design , for HIV/AIDS Awareness from my site to reach
my home town people,. my wish to they have a facility to question us
and get solutions from our doctors, so plz help me and promote my
town. awaiting from yu people . expecting this help from you. and i
wish al succes for your approach of this yahoo group for utlising in
good way.

First some questions about your development environment.

What do you intend to use for the database to store your information?

What will you use to develop this application?
(For example AspMatrix, Visual Studio .Net, NotePad)

What language do you intent to use? (VB, C#)

My first inclination is to have you take a look at the Microsoft starter
applications,
Particularly the community starter application
