In our application we are trying to create context sensitive help.
what should happen is when we click on the question mark icon it
sticks to the cursor and we take the cursor along with the question
mark onto the location where we need contextsensitive help. as soon
as we click on it with this mouse attached to the question mark symbol
a window pops up and the information regarding that button or block
should come up.
can anyone tell me how to do this?
