I am trying to create a new DTD file using a list of tag names
that I obtain from the user. My initial goal was to create an XSD
file using this information but I have not come across any litrature
that can help me with this. If this is possible(either creating the
DTD or XSD), can someone please give me some information regarding
the same?! I am to do this in Java.
