I am having 2 doubts regarding the URL declaration

i) I don't want to specify the any name to the context, i want
everything in root, e,g if iam using the url
http://localhost:8080/welcome, then i want to avoid welcome from the
URL....???

ii) And also i don't want to use the port number, i,e from above URL,
8080 should be removed....?
