which software can help me for team work coding?
we are a team, that work on a project in jdeveloper.we want to coding simultaneously .

If you mean source control system, I have some experiences with Subversion (in NetBeans). I prefer Subversion to svn.
You can download Subversion from http://subversion.tigris.org/project_packages.html

There is also a good documentation on how to use Subversion within jdeveloper:

Try using jdeveloper  svn plugin.
